January

Girl Scouts in 5th-8th grades spend the weekend at Camp Elk River cooking, crafting, learning outdoor skills, and engaging in a variety of fun activities

International fair/world thinking day

February

Learn about Girl Scout traditions around the world, play international games and try some tasty dishes

Learn about the annual cookie program and get excited about entrepreneurship

field trips

April

Take a field trip to explore and learn more about the world around us

outdoor skills day

May

Prepare for day camp by learning and practicing some outdoor skills such as cooking, knots, knives, and leave no trace
